NEEMA BAYRAN, M.D.
Interventional Pain Management Physician | Medical Director
Dr. Bayran is double-board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident. During that time, Dr. Bayran was granted participation in the research program on developing new medications for pain pathways.
Dr. Bayran completed a formal ACGME accredited Interventional Pain Management fellowship at The University of Illinois at Chicago and was awarded a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Cleveland Clinic. This helped broaden his training as a Pain Physician. His main area of interest is Spine Care and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Dr. Bayran has been taking care of patients with Spine Disorders for more than 16 years.
He has a particular interest in using innovative technology, including Stem Cell Therapy and PRP. Dr. Bayran uses minimally invasive techniques to address Disc Pathology without the need for incision. These technologies improve the patient’s outcome by minimizing injury to the Paraspinal Muscle. He is also certified by The American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
Dr. Bayran is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, International Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, the American Society of Anesthesiology and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

SYED HUSAIN, D.O.
A dual board-certified Physiatrist and Pain Management Physician
Dr. Syed Husain is a dual board-certified physiatrist and pain management physician with more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive patient care.
Born in Skokie, Illinois, Dr. Husain spent much of his upbringing on the East Coast before pursuing his medical education through an accelerated 7-year BS/DO program at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Following medical school, he completed his residency training at NYU Medical Center, where he developed extensive expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He then went on to complete a specialized fellowship in pain management at Temple University.
After completing his training, Dr. Husain practiced in New York City for over 15 years, helping patients manage pain and improve their quality of life through personalized and compassionate care. He has now returned to the Chicagoland area with his family and is excited to serve the community where his journey first began.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Husain enjoys spending time with his children, playing sports such as football, basketball, and lacrosse, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.

RAJAN KHANNA, M.D.
Interventional Pain Management Physician
Dr. Khanna is an interventional pain physician dedicated to helping patients overcome acute and chronic pain through advanced, minimally invasive treatments.
Raised in nearby Oak Brook, Illinois, Dr. Khanna returned home to serve the community where he grew up. He completed his undergraduate degree in neuroscience at Duke University before earning his medical degree from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, followed by a prestigious fellowship in interventional pain management at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Khanna combines a comprehensive, patient-centered approach with the latest evidence-based procedures to address the root causes of spine, joint, and nerve pain. By tailoring individualized treatment plans, he helps patients restore function and improve their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Khanna enjoys staying active through running and strength training, following baseball, and traveling.

JILLIAN YOUNQUIST, N.P.
BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Jillian is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Olivet Nazarene University in 2016. She gained a wide variety of experience and knowledge working in different settings, including a rehabilitation center, inpatient cardiology, and oncology.
She earned a chemotherapy certification through the Oncology Nursing Society. After six years of nursing, she then earned her doctorate of nursing practice degree at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2022.
Jillian is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for caring for others and helping to alleviate patients’ pain.


GHIZLANE CHEMCHAM, N.P.
BOARD-CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Ghizlane is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management and Interventional Medicine, contributing to the clinic’s integrated multidisciplinary model through evidence-based, patient-centered care that bridges interventional treatment with long-term recovery.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Cum Laude) and Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from North Park University, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her graduate research on trauma-informed care informs her clinical approach, emphasizing awareness, communication, and effective engagement across complex pain presentations.
With extensive experience in orthopedics, spine care, and chronic pain rehabilitation, Ghizlane provides comprehensive evaluation and coordinated management for acute and chronic pain conditions. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she is committed to clear, inclusive communication and culturally responsive care—aligning treatment with what matters most to each patient: relief, function, and confidence in daily life, upholding the clinic’s mission to restore mobility and quality of life through care that reflects each patient’s goals and recovery path.


MONIKA KLIMEK, N.P.
BOARD-CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Monika is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She has experience in urgent care, internal medicine offices, and hospital med-surg units, giving her a broad clinical background and a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Fluent in Polish after living in Poland for 10 years, Monika is committed to listening to her patients and providing the time, attention, and care they need. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is dedicated to helping patients manage pain and improve their quality of life.
